Sustainability of Rubber Farmers Cooperatives: Empirical Evaluation of Determining Factors

The study investigated the factors that influence rubber farmers' cooperatives from perspective of sustainability in Thailand. research adopted a quantitative survey methodology with data purposively collected 434 Thai farmer groups. variables included trust, sustainability, perceived value, satisfaction, loyalty, and brand image. model was evaluated using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), while Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used to assess hypotheses. results indicated as corporate entity is influenced by image, satisfaction. Trust also found have significant effect on satisfaction loyalty cooperatives. recommended enhance cooperative's should be improved. research's drawback it only looked at Thailand corporation, therefore, these taken into account when applying outside this scope.
